About CADS Contract & Services
CADS Contract & Services (C&S) is a wholly Ghanaian owned company providing corporate services across a range of industries. CADS has been in operation since 1995 and currently operates three main subsidiaries namely; CADS Developers Limited, CADS Catering Services Limited and CADS Facilities Limited.
Established in 1995 by Christopher Hesse-Tetteh, a seasoned businessman, CADS began as a construction firm specialised in the construction of buildings and roads. The company carried out various notable projects, including the construction of the CADS twin tower office blocks off the George Bush Highway in Accra. Today we operate solely in Ghana, offering a range of customised services to multinational corporations including Tullow Oil, Ghana Exim Bank and Deloitte & Touche.
Over the years, the company has taken great strides to elevate its business operating standards to international levels. We participated in the Seed Transformation Program organised by Stanford University, and are certified by TRACE and four major standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). We have also expanded our service offering to include facility management, renovation and refurbishment, cleaning and security services.

TRACE certification signifies that CADS has successfully completed internationally accepted due diligence procedures and demonstrated its commitment to commercial transparency, allowing the company to serve as a valued business partner to multinational companies.

Health and safety
Our Commitment
CADS is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all staff, reducing any impact our operations might have on the environment, and providing the information, training and supervision all staff and contractors need to achieve this.
To ensure health and safety in our execution of works, we employ stringent QHSE practices and keep an in-house team of professionals to provide support, monitor compliance and ensure that all safety rules are adhered to.
All CADS staff are trained to manage health and safety in the workplace through our weekly toolbox meetings. We equip our staff and contractors with appropriate PPE, and they undergo behavioural safety training as part of their pre-employment training. The ISO management system is fully embedded in all our processes and procedures.
